The Boston Security Analysts Society is a non-profit professional society founded in 1946 that has been a point of connection for the Boston investment community, providing an open forum for the exchange of fresh perspectives on industry issues and promoting ethics and integrity.

More than 5,500 investment professionals locally and globally are members of BSAS, representing over 650 investment firms. 92 percent of BSAS members hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute.

BSAS is a founding society of CFA Institute, the global not-for-profit organization of 120,000 investment professionals. CFA Institute awards the CFA Charter, the CIPM designation and administers the Claritas Investment Certificate.
